STATE REGISTRATION OF PLANT VARIETIES

Having extensive experience in the plant breeder’s rights (PBR) protection, "Mikhailyuk, Sorokolat and Partners" assists in the smooth PBR registration and inclusion into the national plant variety list (PVL) in the countries of the former Soviet Union and EU. Our services include the whole registration procedure: compiling the applications, submission of the finalized documents to the local Authorities, preparing responses to the official requests (if any), up to receiving the certificate of the state registration as well as Patent. We also obtain permission for the sample importation, perform customs clearance and further deliver the samples to the local Authorities.
