Accelerated trademark search in Kazakhstan

As of October 1, 2019, the National Institute of Intellectual Property of Kazakhstan has introduced a new service for the accelerated search for word, combined and figurative trademarks. The search will be conducted in national and international databases, including information on filed applications and registered trademarks.

Since today the minimum term for conducting a trademark search is 1 day. It should be noted that previously a preliminary search for TM in Kazakhstan was carried out within 10 days.
