MSP took part in the ECTA 38th Annual Conference

The 38th Annual Conference of The European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA) was held in Edinburgh, United Kingdom on June 26-29, 2019 and was attended by the managing partners of our company. Mikhailyuk, Sorokolat and Partners has been a member of the ECTA conference for many years. Therefore, this year we were pleased to attend a number of events dedicated to the registration and protection of the intellectual property rights in the EU.

The representatives of EUIPO, WIPO, patent attorneys from various countries and representatives of large corporations were participated in the conference. The main topics at the conference were news in the sphere of the intellectual property, new legislation, and also, some IP cases and methods of their settlement were considered in the form of discussion.

The representatives of our company have enjoyed attending the ECTA 38th Annual Conference and look forward to new meetings at the following IP events.
