Turkmenistan trademark fees were changed

The President of Turkmenistan approved the size of fees related to trademarks, the procedure for payment thereof and the size of fees related to the geographical indications on December 13, 2019.

The changes affected the following fees:

• The official fee for filing the trademark application in 1class increased by $75

• The official fee for the trademark renewal in 1class increased by $65

• The official fee for the trademark license registration increased by $50

• The official fee for recordal of the trademark assignment increased by $50.
