Change in prices for Kazpatent services

In accordance with the information published on the Kazpatent official website, starting from the new year the changes will be introduced to the prices for the services provided by the Patent Office.
From January 1, discount for submitting applications in electronic form will be canceled. Also, from January 1, the price for renewal of a trademark, service mark and publication of information on renewal is set at 97144.32 tenge.
The price for the service "Additionally for more than three classes according to the International Classification of Goods and Services, for the renewal of a trademark, service mark and publication of information on renewal" is set at 16993.76 tenge.
BENEFITS FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES
A discount for the above-mentioned services is provided for small and medium-sized businesses:
- 50% subject to payment in the period from 01.01.2021 to 31.12.2021
- 25% of the set price if paid from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022
Starting from 01.01.2023 the benefits will be canceled.
Changes were made in accordance with the Order of the Director of RSE "NIIP" MJ RK dated 23.12.2020 No. 254nk.
