Ukraine joins TMview

October 24, 2025

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property and Innovations (UANIPIO) have announced the integration of Ukrainian trademark data into the international TMview platform. As of October 22, 2025, more than 600,000 trademarks registered in Ukraine are available for search within this global database, which currently contains over 134 million records from 80 IP offices worldwide.

This achievement is the result of successful cooperation between EUIPO and UANIPIO within the EU4IP project, funded by the European Union and aimed at the digital transformation of Ukrainian intellectual property sphere and its alignment with EU standards. Participation in TMview will help Ukrainian businesses strengthen their positions in international markets, enhance partners’ trust in their brands, and contribute to the development of an innovation-driven economy.

Ukraine’s inclusion in TMview is part of the broader EUIPO IP Alliance initiative, focused on advancing digital tools for intellectual property protection worldwide. Through close collaboration with European partners, Ukraine is taking an important step toward full integration into the European Union Intellectual Property Network (EUIPN), reinforcing its role as a reliable and proactive participant in the global IP community.

MSP welcomes this milestone in the evolution of the Ukrainian IP landscape and reminds that we provide comprehensive trademark registration services in Ukraine and other Eastern Europe and Central Asia countries. Our experienced team will be pleased to advise you on all matters related to trademark protection and intellectual property rights management.
