Uzbekistan updates the list of authorized bodies for simplified medicinal product registration

In accordance with Decree No. UP-137 "On Additional Measures for Regulating the Circulation of Medicines and Medical Devices" dated August 19, 2025, that will come into force on October 1, 2025, medicinal products registered in one of the following countries and/or by one of the regulatory authorities listed below are eligible for recognition of state registration in Uzbekistan by conducting a simplified procedure. The updated list includes:

- Regulatory authorities listed by the World Health Organization (WHO-Listed Authorities);

- Regulatory bodies at Maturity Level 4 according to the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO Global Benchmarking Tool).
