New Online Trademark Renewal Service

February 2, 2026

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new online trademark renewal and restoration service, developed to facilitate trademark renewals and restorations in selected countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia through a structured and fully digital workflow.

The platform includes an online trademark renewal calculator allowing users to promptly assess renewal deadlines, applicable classes, and estimated costs based on publicly available official fee schedules, enabling instant budget planning and early visibility of renewal costs. In addition, the system provides automatic 10-year renewal reminders, supporting long-term monitoring of trademark portfolios and reducing the risk of missed renewal deadlines.

How to Order a Trademark Renewal

Step 1. Select the country

Choose the country where the trademark is registered. For each country, the service reflects local renewal windows, grace and restoration periods, and cost-related factors, including the number of classes, applicant type, and jurisdiction-specific filing rules, allowing users to estimate renewal costs in advance.

For Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, and Lithuania, the system automatically retrieves available registry data. For Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Estonia, and Latvia, you may proceed by entering the registration number for manual verification. Our technical team is actively working on expanding automated database access, and full system availability for Tajikistan is expected in the near future.

Step 2. Enter the trademark registration number

Enter the trademark registration number as indicated on the trademark certificate. Where database access is available, the system will display the classes, expiry date, status, and estimated renewal costs instantly. If registry data cannot be fetched automatically, the trademark will be checked by our team and placed under renewal control.

Step 3. Review and confirm trademark details

Carefully review the information retrieved by the system and confirm that the trademark details correspond to your mark, including the correct classes and registration data. This step ensures that the renewal request applies to the intended trademark rights and that the calculated budget reflects the correct scope of protection.

Estimated fees may vary depending on the renewal type, number of classes, and whether the filing is made within the standard renewal term or during the applicable grace or restoration period. Final costs are confirmed prior to filing, allowing clients to secure renewal costs with a clear and predictable budget.

The service is suitable both for upcoming renewals and for trademarks that have already entered the grace or restoration phase. Access the service here.
